DXB Entertainments gets new ISO Certification

DXB Entertainments PJSC (DFM: DXBE), has been awarded the latest ISO Certification for Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

In late 2017, DXBE decided to upgrade its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System to the latest standards of 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 to comply with major changes to the ISO standards. The new version of the standards is an integral part of DXB Entertainments’ efforts to widen sustainable development implementation and use it as a tool to measure and improve its overall performance.

The upgrade encourages a risk-based and process-driven approach when planning, implementing and developing strategic decisions for DXBE.

Furthermore, the new standard helps identify employee competencies and facilitates knowledge-sharing to ensure that there is an integrated focus on initiatives that improve the customer experience.

Waseem Hassan – Chief Business Support Officer, DXB Entertainments, said: “We are delighted to announce that we now comply with the latest ISO standards across a number of quality-centric areas. Our goal is to ensure that these new standards are reflected in our customer service delivery and overall quality of experience across our entertainment assets.
